Learn innovative Bollywood choreography while sweating it out dancing to popular South Asian beats. We’ll start with 45-minutes of fast-paced structured cardio training starts with movement breakdown of short choreographed routines to a mash-up of 8-10 power packed songs. The goal is to keep your heart rate up for the entire class, targeting the major muscle groups and ending in a 10-minute stretch and cool down period. All of this with fun, rhythm and joy that is good for body and soul.
