So, we compiled a list of dog-friendly places in Hoboken so you and your furry bud can hang out together.

The Ale House – 1034 Willow Avenue

Situated in uptown Hoboken, this lively bar has a jukebox machine, shuffleboard pool table, and weekly karaoke to intrigue you and your dog! This is a dog-friendly place, and your canine will surely make a pal there.

Alessio’s –  539 Park Avenue

This Italian cafe is home to delicious and savory pizzas, pasta, and creamy gelato. And when it’s a nice sunny day, you can sit outside and enjoy a meal or coffee with your dog. Alessio also makes the perfect puppuccino so your pup can enjoy the experience.

Cork City – 239 Bloomfield Street

Cork City is a  speakeasy and beer haven that has over 100 varieties of bottles and 63 brews and allows dogs at the bar. The establishment also has a rotating tap, so the beer options change routinely. What more could you as for!?

 

Pier 13 – 1301 Sinatra Drive

A Hoboken staple when it gets a little warmer outside, take your pup for a stroll at Pier13. This pup-friendly destination has fabulous drinks such as craft beer, margaritas, frozen drinks, and fresh seafood options to chow down on. Although your dog can’t be on the turf at the end of the pier and must be under 60 lbs, they are allowed on the concrete portion, about half of the space. 

If there is anything you do this summer with your dog, definitely add this to your list.

Wicked Scents – 163 2nd Street

This local apothecary and candle shop has water and succulent treats for your dog inside. Miguel Goncalves, an entrepreneur with a background in Consumer Packaged Goods who loves candles, created Wicked Scents. Goncalves believed this was the perfect opportunity to highlight new female-owned candle brands while offering already established ones. The candles are handmade soy-free and 100% vegan, so they are safe at home and in the office.

 

Cold Stone Creamery – 116 Washington St.

Warm weather is upon us, and what better way to cool off than with some ice cream? At Cold Stone, you can order with your pup beside you and even ask for a cup of whipped cream for your pup to enjoy.

 

Ben  & Jerry’s – 405 Washington St.

Ben & Jerry’s in Hoboken is a delightful destination for ice cream lovers, but it’s not just humans who are welcome there. This popular ice cream shop is known for its dog-friendly policy, making it a favorite spot for dog owners in the area. You can bring your furry friend to enjoy a cool treat with you on the outdoor patio. Ruff Week? You and your furry friend are always welcome to relax and unwind at Louise & Jerry’s. They have hosted dog costume contests and Yappy Hour with Liberty Humane Society, where you can donate to help homeless dogs. That’s right, your pint of Guinness can help pets in need. It’s called BYOD (Bring Your Own Dog). It’s Hoboken’s pet-friendly bar. Sit. Stay. Sip a few is their motto. This dive bar is a must-visit with your pet.

 

Blue Eyes Restaurant – 525 Sinatra Dr, Hoboken, NJ

Named after Frank Sinatra, this restaurant allows your pup to hang with you while you dine outdoors! They even might make some grilled chicken for your furry friend. With delicious food and a gorgeous view of the Hudson, this place is a must-go with your friends and furry pal. Afterward, you can walk off that meal and stroll by the waterfront. Pier A & C are nearby, and your dog is allowed in the park, just not on the green grass.

Whether you are looking for a place to eat, drink or shop, there is always a place in Hoboken that welcomes you and your dog with open arms and sometimes even treats.
