DESCRIPTION:You are invited to celebrate the 9th Annual Indian Independence Day Celebration in Jersey City. \nPlease RSVP here and check out the update here: https://www.facebook.com/events/1021192928939172/. \nThis is the most prominent Indian Independence Day event in downtown Jersey City; you don’t want to miss this. \nThis year\, we are proud to showcase Mallakhamba\, or Mallakhamb\, a traditional sport originating from the Indian subcontinent\, in which a group of gymnasts perform aerial yoga and gymnastic postures using wrestling grips in concert with a stationary vertical pole.
