About:
ADVENTURES IN LEARNING (AIL) is a childcare facility located in uptown Hoboken, NJ. Our sister centers, BRIGHT BEGINNINGS EARLY LEARNING CENTER (BBELC), and ADVENTURES IN LEARNING II (AIL II) are located in downtown Hoboken, NJ. All 3 centers are situated in the western portion of the city and are minutes away from the NJ Light Rail, PATH trains, and bus stops.
Our Centers pride themselves on having the most committed and nurturing staff a parent can wish for. All of our staff members are CPR certified and must have a minimum of a Child Development Associates Certification. In addition to Certification, our staff must have extensive training at the onset of their employment and are required to attend at minimum 4 full day trainings per year.
Our staff encourages children to express their feelings and explore their environment. Language is always encouraged and all children are provided an opportunity to explore their environment.
All employees undergo a background check, a Child Abuse Information check by the Department of Children and Families, a physical examination, and Mantoux test.
