Megha Sariya is teaching authentic and traditional bharatnatyam to children ages 4-6yrs.A child introduced to dance at an early age will develop a love for the art and a passion for rhythm and movement. It endures flexibility and develops strong muscles and technique. It is a wonderful activity for kids, capable of fostering a positive self image in both girls and boys.Children will have a flavor of the classical art form step by step in an orderly manner from adavus, hastas, abhinay and shlokas (facial, expressions, gestures and movement).
