SchoolPlus Hudson offer classes for children of different ages and different math levels, from Pre-K (Early Logic) to 8th Grade. What unites all the teachers and all the programs is that we teach children to think. We develop their mathematical abilities and build their math knowledge in such a way that children are able to connect different mathematical concepts and subjects and see them as one beautiful, logical and clear world of mathematics. Our goal is to teach children to love problem solving for life.

SchoolPlus Hudson’s approach to teaching Mathematics combines traditional Russian methods with the mainstream Singapore Math curriculum. Our program was one of the pioneers in the US in bringing the Singapore math curriculum into its classrooms over 10 years ago. We continuesly evolve our program to teach…

Our classes are small in size, and designed for children of all abilities, providing an environment for our teacher to work with each child, answer questions, demonstrate techniques and encourage a creative thinking process, all in an atmosphere of fun and success.

We invite every prospective student to come to SchoolPlus as a guest, visit our math classes and find the right one that suits their skill level. Since children come to SchoolPlus from different schools, class placement depends more on students’ actual math knowledge than on their grade level.

Location: Boys and Girls Club of Jersey City
