Hi Kimberly,
In door venues in Newport area are wild @ play,James Moreo party room,Shore club.
But because its summer time you may want to go for out doors.You can do it in Gazebo,Pier park in Hoboken or liberty state park.You cant book these park just go before time & you can save your birthday area.For Gazebo in Newport just let the management know that you want to use the gazebo in advance.
