  My on-call babysitter just moved out of JC and I am desperate to find someone as caring, honest and reliable as she was.
  
  We are looking for someone who we can call on a need to basis. Someone who can help us out on evenings and/or maybe a couple of hours on the weekend.
  
  My son is 3 1/2
