Newportu2019s annual Halloween event will be held in the Gazebo/Playground area on Wednesday, October 30th between 3 PM and 5 PM. Rain date is Thursday, October 31. The area will be decorated in traditional Halloween festive mood. Halloween goody bags will be presented to all the children. Residents who wish to participate in Trick-or-Treating, however, must register their apartment numbers with the concierge of the building in which they live. Only Newport children accompanied by their parents will be authorized entry into Newport residential buildings for Trick-or-Treating fun.
