One of my friends is looking for an apartment in the downtown JC area (exchange place, Avalon, Montgomery side). She works in NYC near WTC, and has 2 young kids.
Can someone recommend a nice apartment building in the area – ideally someplace well connected to NYC, as well as kids friendly. A new building with good security will be great as well.
