Hello moms,

Hope you are having fun at JCFamilies!

Our volunteers at JCFamilies are always working hard to enrich the mom experience in Jersey City by organizing several fun events. We must appreciate the motivation and hard work it requires to organize such events. Thus, it is fair to expect the community to show due appreciation and respect to such volunteers!

We’d like to reaffirm our no-show guidelines, and seek your kind cooperation towards the same. Please let us know if you have any queries

No Show Policy:

• Please RSVP only to events where you are reasonably interested and sure of attending the event.

• Please do not RSVP otherwise as experience/economics of many of the events are highly dependent on number of participants. The organizer, other participants or the service provider would need to pay for your no-show (or worse still, some other member misses the opportunity to be part of the event)

• If, for any reason, you cannot attend the event after you RSVP, please indicate so ASAP on the event page

• Please understand – ITS NOT OK TO NOT SHOW UP AFTER YOU RSVP TO AN EVENT

We are all moms, and we do understand the need for last minute plan changes. However, its probably reasonable to expect that such last minute chages cannot be the norm.

Hope you will understand the need for such a policy. Please take care to observe these guidelines.
