We are now offering an affordable dental plan for those who do not have dental insurance

You can select the plan that best fits you and your family!

• $95 per adult/ year u2013 entitled to 2 free cleanings and exam with 2 bitewings at least 6 months apart / year and up to 30% discount on Strong Roots Dentalu2019s fee schedule on all in house procedures.

• $125 per adult plus 1 dependent under 14 years of age/ year u2013 each member entitled to 2 free cleanings and exam with 2 bitewings at least 6 months apart/ yr. Fluoride for dependents 14 years of age and under would be at an additional discounted price.

• $175 per adult plus 2 dependents each under 14 years of age- each member entitled to 2 free cleanings and exam with 2 bitewings at least 6 months apart/ yr. Fluoride for dependents 14 years of age and under would be at an additional discounted price.
