We are very excited to announce Piano and Music classes for children 2 years old and older.Beginning October 22nd, Dr. Alia Malkeeva will start teaching piano and music lessons in our school:
1. Toddler Class “Music Introduction” (2 – 3.5 yo) 10:05 am – 10:45 am
2. Beginner Class “Introduction to Piano A” (3 – 4 yo) 11:00 am – 11:45 pm
3. Beginner Class”Introduction to Piano B” (5 – 7yo) 1:00 pm – 1:45 pm
4. Intermediate Class “Piano” (all ages) 2 pm – 3pmAll classes take place on Saturdays.
Fees (Fall Semester, 10/22 – 12/17):
- Toddler Group: $176 for 40 min classes (8 sessions)
- All other classes: $280 for 45 min classes (8 sessions)
Classes are limited to 5 students per Toddler Class and 4 students per all other classes.

Born in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Alia Malkeeva performed in chamber music and solo recitals in the Almaty State Conservatory and the Creative Youth Arts Festivals, and was featured as a soloist with Kazakh State Philharmonic Orchestra. Dr. Malkeeva has traveled on international cultural exchange tours to Italy, the Phillipines, Mali, Upper Volta, and Singapore, and has been seen and heard on television and radio in the Republic of Kazakhstan.Dr. Malkeeva earned graduate and post-graduate diplomas from the Peter Tchaikovsky State Conservatory in Moscow, Russia. Her 30 years of teaching experience includes colleges and prominent music schools in Europe, Asia and North America. Since arriving to the United states, Ms. Malkeeva has performed both chamber music and solo recitals at Carnegie Hall’s Isaac Stern Auditorium, and Weill Recital Hall, CAMI Hall, Allen Room of Time Warner Center and the Tolstoy Foundation.Dr. Malkeeva possesses three teaching licenses in the United States: from the City of New York, the State of New York, and Kindermusik International. She teaches classical piano to children and adults of all ages and all levels, but she specializes in teaching children from 1 through 7 years of age.
