UPDATE: Governor Christie has declared a limited state of energy emergency regarding the supply of motor fuel in 12 counties. Counties affected are Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Morris, Monmouth, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union, and Warren. Vehicles with license plates ending in odd numbers can only fill up on odd numbered days of the month and vehicles with license plates ending in even numbers can only fill up on even numbered days of the month at gas stations in these counties.
