A mom whose child was in ELA has reported her daughter has been abused @ the ELA daycare on Marin Bld (Gulls Cove).
She was called by the state on Friday and the teacher was immediately removed.Her daughter was in the toddler room (2-2.5 yrs). If you are a parent of a kid in that class or know one, please look into this further. Below is an excerpt from review that the mother wrote, more details here http://www.yelp.com/biz/early-learning-academy-jersey-city.“The incident reported to DYFS involved the teacher picking my daughter up during a tantrum, raising her in the air over the teachers shoulder and then dropping her and telling her things like “I don’t like you and if you don’t behave I will leave you here to be kidnapped and cut up into little pieces” a teachers aide recorded the incident on her cell phone. I have been told that the aide gave the video to the administration on Wed and because they did nothing the tipster then called DYFS on Thurs. DYFS called me on Friday and we pulled my daughter out.”
