“An Evening with Heart” will feature a cocktail reception, live and silent auctions, live entertainment, children’s activities, and edible delights from an array of Jersey City’s best restaurants.
Held in conjunction with Marfan awareness month, all funds raised from “An Evening with Heart” will help provide support, awareness, and medical education programs that create a brighter future for people with Marfan syndrome and related disorders.
Marfan syndrome is a life-threatening genetic disorder of the body’s connective tissue. It affects the heart and blood vessels, the lungs, the bones and joints, as well as the eyes. Knowing the signs is the key to early and accurate diagnosis and life-saving treatment.
