The Jersey City Police Department, North District, will be ghosting a Trunk or Treat. We invite everyone to join us for a spooktacular event. This event will take place on Jefferson Avenue, between Central Avenue & Summit Avenue. The event is scheduled from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Free admission.
