      Hi mommies

I use to think making dosa or dosa batter is really a tuff task ..
but i came across a very simple and easy recipe for dosa ( south indian pancake ) 🙂

1 cup basmati rice or any white rice you have at home
1 cup urad dal Skinned and split = white lentils
1 table spoon of Fenugreek seeds

soak all together over night or in evening
and next day morning grind it together in mixer in parts not all together .. use the same water for grinding in which the mixer was soaked

and use water according to the batter thickness it shouldnt be very thick nor very thin

once batter ready you can start making your dosa and serve to your kids 🙂

Also if you want to make uttapam you can use the same dosa batter just sprinkle cut capsium tomato and onion mixed with salt
and bit of sambar powder on top of uttapam

fry it on non stick pan when light brown on one side flip it other side to vegies to become crispy cut it in 4 pcs and serve it with sauce or coconut chutney

Tip : take a half cut potatoe or onion dip the cut portion in oil and when the pan is hot just rub it over the pan so ur dosa wont stick to it
and repeat the thing after every dosa u make

we dont need to wait till the batter is fermented we can simply use the batter once ready
you could smiply just make nice and crispy dosa and this batter can be stored in the fridge for 4 to 5 days
