This recipe is very simple and good for toddlers who like eating pasta this is a very healthy and fresh made in very less time 🙂
Serves 4
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
2 cups boiled macaroni or u could use any boiled pasta
2 spring onions
1 capsicum
1 tomato
1/2 cup cheese
1/2 cup sweet corn kernels
1/4 cup boiled peas
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
salt and pepper to taste
chop the spring onion into small pieces
cut the capsicum into halves and remove the seeds and cut into thin slice
cut the tomato and cheese into small cubes
In a mixing bowl , mix together all the vegetables , macaroni and cheese cubes
Add the lemon juice , sugar , salt and pepper
mix well ready to serve or u could also refrigerate and serve 🙂
