Join us for baby massage class and meet other new parents while adding a special new skill to your parenting repertoire.
Studies show that infant massage promotes bonding, body awareness, and may result in longer more restful sleep for babies.
This class is for babies, ages newborn to 1 year. Class is baby friendly, so donu2019t worry if you need to stop and feed, change, or comfort your little one. Youu2019ll have plenty of time to learn all the techniques and tend to your babyu2019s needs as well. Class runs 4 weeks, 45 minutes each at Hoboken Women’s Wellness 204 2nd St. Between Park & Garden. Each participant will receive a 1oz bottle of natural baby massage oil and handouts to compliment the lessons. The cost for the series is $95.
