Rice Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup Brown Rice
- 1/4 cup diced apples
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/8 cup brown sugar (optional)
- 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
- 1/8 cup milk
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
1. Grind the rice up to the size of barley. 2. Use a medium saucepan and add all ingredients. 3. Cook for about 30 minutes over medium heat. 4. Add milk, stir. Heat for another 20 minutes, making sure that the mixture remains soupy, not pasty. Be sure to stir the mixture often and add more water or milk if needed.
