This recipe is very easy, pancake is ready in 5 minand my son really likes it.
U need 1 cup sooji, half cup yogurt, some finely chopped veggies (i usually put onion andgreen paper), salt totaste. Mix it all, addsome water to make it a batter like.
Now fry it on nonstick pan (pour batter tomake it a thin layer), u can use little oil, after its golden turn it and fry the other side.I put on top some grated cheese, once ready. You can serve it with ketchup or mayonnaise.
