Workshop for Parents in Jersey City: How to Raise Body Confident Kids
Join us at Zaniac Jersey City for the upcoming workshop for Parents in Jersey City! Dana Suchow will talk about how to discuss bodies and fat with your children in a healthy way from the start.
Since overcoming bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder and exercise compulsion, Dana Suchow has become an expert in the field of body image and eating disorder prevention. Dana work centers on giving teachers, parents and caregivers the tools they need to prevent eating disorders in children before they start. She teaches adults how to put their children on a path towards body love, empowerment and self-acceptance.
This is an educational discussion that leaves parents feeling empowered not just about how to help their kid’s body image, but about helping their own body image as well.
