Enjoy your holiday shopping at The Happy Holiday Market on December 405 and 11-12 from noon to 6pm. The market features locally created fine art and premium hand-crafted goods. Their mission is to support handmade goods as an alternative to mass-produced items and work to cultivate small businesses and entrepreneurship by providing a thriving place for them to sell. The market will be at Grove St Path Plaza and the rooftop of Ashford.
Bank of America Winter Village at Bryant Park is Manhattan’s winter wonderland. Enjoy New York City’s only free admission ice skating rink, the Holiday Shops, and rinkside eats and drinks at The Lodge Deck by Urbanspace.

The Holiday Lights at the Bronx Zoo is back. Join them for five animal lantern safaris, ice-carving demonstrations, holiday treats, costumed characters, wildlife theater, stilt walkers, and more. The walk-through would be an amazing event to go to with the family. The event starts Thursday, November 19, 2020, through Sunday, January 10, 2021.
Lumino City Festival features all-new light art installations spanning several acres! Each of the three parks illuminates the night with beautiful sculptures inspired by nature, history, and magic! The inspiration behind LuminoCity Festival comes from the combination of the traditional art of Chinese lantern festivals with modern design and unique storytelling. It is also home to the world’s most skilled lantern artists and hosts an annual lantern festival that attracts more than two million people. Evenings from Friday, November 27, 2020, through Sunday, January 20, 2021.
Brighten up the holidays with Brookfield Place! Luminaries, designed by the LAB at Rockwell Group, is inspired by the season’s traditions of sharing, giving, and community. The installation features a canopy of colorful lights emanating from hundreds of lanterns suspended among the palms. Touchless wishing stations located on the ground allow visitors to send a motion-activated wish to the canopy of lanterns above, prompting a magical display of lights and colors.
The holidays in NYC begin at Rockefeller Center. Whether it’s a visit to the iconic Christmas Tree, a skate on the ice at The Rink, seeing the Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall, or exploring attractions and fun things to do, there’s a magic here that can’t be denied. And it’s a holiday tradition you’ll want to make your own. From Wednesday, December 2, 2020, through early January 2021. Make sure to wear masks. Also, the tree lighting will not be open to the public and can only been seen on NBC.

All aboard! Grab your North Pole Express tickets and join us for a magical trip to the “North Pole” this holiday season. No more hassles of going out of town, the North Pole Express by TopView departs right in the center of NYC – Midtown Manhattan. During the ride, enjoy Christmas carols, storytelling, sweet treats such as hot chocolate and cookies, and more. The top deck of a double-decker bus gives you views above the crowd, showing you views of NYC you’ve never seen before. This polar express NYC is surely an experience that can’t be missed.
The highly acclaimed Nimbus Dance performs against a dazzling backdrop of full-scale sets and fantastical projections of illustrated scenes. Audiences are transported across the city – through parks, lively avenues, deserted alleyways, the sewers (for an epic battle scene!) and back to the City Hall, with surprises, cheer, and a message of hope and resilience along the way. This quirky and lovable adaptation of Tchaikovsky’s timeless classic, takes place in Jersey City and weaves together themes of magic, adventure, family, and friendship.
Choreographed by Samuel Pott, with animated scenic projections by Jersey City-based video artists, Laia Cabrera and Isabelle Duverger, and a delightful libretto co-written by Alysia Souder and Samuel Pott, Jersey City Nutcracker takes audiences on a magical shopping-cart-turned-sleigh-ride with twists and turns that your whole family will enjoy!
