Skylands Stadium Christmas Light Show

Christmas Joy is coming back to Sussex County. More significant and Better than Ever. This Winter, Skylands Stadium will be Dazzled with Lights on a Mile Long Drive-Thru course that now goes ON THE FIELD. A-One Mile Long Drive-Thru, with over 2 Million+ Lights, now goes On the Field at Skylands Stadium. Ride the Ferris wheel and carousel, skate the rink, take a photo with Santa, and stop by their Winter Beer Garden!
Riverhead Holiday Light Show
Located at Splish Splash Waterpark – Calverton, NY, the Holiday Light Show is spectacular! Featuring dozens of dazzling, larger-than-life holiday-themed displays to delight the entire family! Visitors are welcome to bundle up in their car, pack a favorite snack or beverage and tune their radio to enjoy the synced light performance as they travel the more than 1-mile route through the Holiday Light Show.
Fleetwood Lights

This year’s show at Fleetwood Lights is going to be amazing. Nearly 19,000 lights synchronized to music illuminate this beautiful home display in Morris County. There are 23,854 light pixels, 261 decorations, and 95-panel displays. This is homeowner Marc Iuliani’s fourth year putting on a Christmas light show.
Winter Wonder Lights

Winter WonderLights drive-thru has over 1.5 million lights animated to some of your favorite holiday tunes. It is New Jersey’s largest animated holiday light show. In addition, they have 20′ Christmas trees, three magical tunnels, a tribute to our first responders & US Armed Forces, and tons of other stunning, larger-than-life holiday-themed displays for the entire family – all synchronized to the music playing in your car! Guests are welcome to bundle up in their car, bring their snacks/beverages, and tune their radio to enjoy the show to give you an incredible experience.
Holidays at The Bronx Zoo

The Holiday Lights at the Bronx Zoo is back. Join them for a family holiday festival at the Bronx Zoo. During the evenings, the park comes to life with holiday cheer as immersive light displays, custom-designed animal lanterns, and animated light shows sparkle across the zoo. The outdoor celebration combines festive entertainment, seasonal treats, and classic holiday music. The walk-through experience is a beloved tradition, enchanting and fun for all ages.
Lumino City Festival

Lumino City Festival features all-new light art installations spanning several acres! The locations for this are Freehold Raceway Mall in NJ and Eisenhower Park, New York. Each of the parks illuminates the night with beautiful sculptures inspired by nature, history, and magic! Get enthralled by LuminoCity’s immersive holiday lights and art installations. With themed exhibits with modern design and unique storytelling, it is also home to the world’s most skilled lantern artists and hosts an annual lantern festival that attracts more than two million people.
Luminaries At Brookfield Place
Brighten up the holidays with Brookfield Place! Luminaries, designed by the LAB at Rockwell Group, are inspired by the season’s sharing, giving, and community traditions. The installation features a canopy of colorful lights from hundreds of lanterns suspended among the palms. In addition, touchless wishing stations on the ground allow visitors to send a motion-activated wish to the canopy of lanterns above, prompting a magical display of lights and colors.
Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree
The Tree will be lit daily from 5 am to 12 am until mid-January. On Christmas Day, the Tree is lit for 24 hours and on New Year’s Eve it is lit from 5 am to 9 pm
The holidays in NYC begin at Rockefeller Center. Whether it’s a visit to the iconic Christmas Tree, a skate on the ice at The Rink, seeing the Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall, or exploring attractions and fun things to do, there’s a magic here that can’t be denied. And it’s a holiday tradition you’ll want to make your own. The annual Rockefeller Center Tree Lighting Ceremony will take place on Wednesday, December 4th, 2024.
The Dyker Heights Christmas Lights

The Dyker Heights Christmas Lights 2023 display has become one of the best New York attractions during the holiday season. The Brooklyn neighborhood is home to the most over-the-top Christmas light decorations with life-sized Santas, sleighs, and snowmen, and some houses even bump Christmas carols from loudspeakers. As a result, crowds of all ages flock to the Kings County neighborhood to wander down the multiple blocks and avenues.
Annual 5th Avenue Holiday Lighting – canceled
The famed annual light show by Saks has been canceled. A statement from Saks said,
“In our 100th year, which also marks the anniversary of the flagship, we are celebrating the season by honoring the architectural significance of this iconic building, elegantly illuminating the facade and framing the holiday windows, as well as highlighting the fashion for which Saks Fifth Avenue is known.”
Every December, 5th Avenue between 55th and 59th Streets would become a corridor of lights with its department stores filled with dazzling light displays. Saks Fifth Avenue had an impressive light display that was worth checking out.
Orchard of Lights at Demarest

Tree lighting events happening in and around Jersey City & Hoboken
Holiday Lights To See In and Around Jersey City also includes the tree lighting ceremonies. Tree lighting is an event kids and adults look forward to. The excitement of tree lighting is complemented with activities for kids, hot cocoa, snacks, dance, and music. Most of them have town officials or mayors attending. Hoboken Community Holiday Market and Tree Lighting

Hoboken Holiday Market
Saturday, Dec. 7,11 AM–5 PM at the Damon Murray Community Gym (605 Jackson St.). Enjoy kids’ activities, crafters, vendors, food trucks, and a beer garden for adults.
Christmas Tree Lighting
Wednesday, Dec. 11, 5 PM at 11th & Washington Street, Hoboken. Enjoy the festive entertainment, live performances, hot cocoa, baked goods, and a visit from Santa. Donate toys, non-perishables, and hygiene items to support local families in need. Due to anticipated rain, the Hoboken Tree Lighting scheduled for Wednesday, Dec. 11 has been rescheduled for Thursday, Dec. 12, at 5 p.m. at 11th and Washington Streets.
Menorah Lighting
Scheduled for Sunday, Dec. 29, at the Hoboken City Hall, this features the annual gelt drop with the Hoboken Fire Department. Stay tuned for more details.

Bundle up and come out for a merry time at the Newport Lighting Ceremony! Meet Santa and his elves, the Grinch, watch a spectacular light show and a live ice-carving demo. Plus, take a ride on the Holiday Train Ride, enjoy hot cocoa and more!
There will also be free skating at Newport Skates (95 River Drive South) from 4 PM – 6 PM for residents (weather permitting). You will need to check in on-site and show your ID for free admission. First come, first served.
If you have young children, there will be a live Kid’s Holiday Music Show at Newport Local (21 River Court) from 5 PM – 5:45 PM. RSVP will be shared closer to the event!

The annual Hoboken Columbus Park tree lighting will take place on Friday, December 6 at 6pm (Rain date Dec 7th) with Hudson County. The evening will feature music, snacks, and entertainment for the family.
“We Remember” Tree Lighting – Ferris Triangle Park

Please join Ferris Triangle Park on December 21st, 2024, 3 pm to 5 pm for a special evening for the 4th annual tree lighting. The theme this year is “We Remember” where they will be assembling a photo montage to hang in the park until the New Year. Guests may bring photo(s) of loved ones who cannot be with us this holiday season to be incorporated in the collage. Warm drinks/donuts provided as well as fun craft activities for kids. Tree decorating is on December 7th. Volunteers are always needed. Please email or message on IG.
