The Festival is hosted by the Twin Rivertown Projects, Inc., a 501c3 organization consisting of a group of dedicated board of directors and many volunteers who give generously of their time – from late summer up to and including the Winter Festival activities. You can also opt to partake in free and ticket events like the chili cook-off, pub crawl, fire and ice ball, and so much more.
