The Westmare before Halloween

Get your costumes ready and your candy buckets out for the 2025 West District’s Trunk or Treat!!
Join them on October 30, 2025, 4pm-7pm for a fun and safe evening of decorated trunks, lots of treats, and spooktacular memories for the whole family.

Autumn Fest

The Center for Student Persistence and Success and the Athletic Department, in collaboration with the Student Activities Board (SAB), are excited to invite you to participate in our Second Annual Autumn Fest, happening on Thursday, October 30.
As part of the celebration, we’re bringing back our popular Table Decorating Contest and we want your department or student organization to join the fun!

Hoboken Ragamuffin Halloween Parade

Hosted Sunday, October 31st at 3:00 pm
To join the parade, meet at Washington Street between 13th and 14th Street
The parade features local live music, floats, lots of great costumes and so much more. Wear your Halloween best!
The costume contest begins at 4:30 pm after the Parade at The Little League Field, 5th Street & River Terrace
Prizes awarded in five age categories

Halloween Family Bash

Enjoy some spook-tacular time with family! You can look forward to the Adults “Terror Tavern” at Left Bank Burger Bar, along with Games & Rides, Live Music, Face Painting, Corn Maze, Candy & treats.

Food Drive at PS 28

Calling on the community to provide essential items to support our neighbors in this Food Drive. Food items accepted include canned fruits, canned beans, canned vegetables, rice, pasta, oatmeal, cereal, etc. Hygiene items accepted include soap bars, toilet paper, baby diapers. wipes, etc. You can drop items off at the main lobby of PS28.

Harvest Fest at The Brunswick School
The Brunswick School invites the community to its Harvest Fest. on Saturday, November 1st from 10A-12P. This is a FREE event held on their Brunswick Street campus (189 Brunswick Street) and includes a petting zoo and harvest games/crafts. Join them by signing up here! Events

Dia De Los Muertos at the Market

Join Riverview Farmers Market for the 11th Annual Day of the Dead Celebration on Sunday, November 2! All day from 10-2, we’ll be celebrating this Mexican tradition of honoring lost loved ones as a community. Place a photo of someone you’ve lost or flowers on our Ofrenda (altar), discover traditional Mariachi and dance, and join our giant skeleton puppet parade, brought to life by local Mexican-American artist @elsan1.
New this year! We will also be hosting a Catrina Contest! Register by 11am and march proudly in the parade in your best Catrina or Catrin face paint and attire.
