A few options are gluten-free smoothies, tacos, and land & sea and earth bowls. After experiencing the holistic and natural resources in Hilo, Hawaii, The Gormeleys were inspired. And so, Shaka Bowl was opened in their hometown of Hoboken. As the years went on, the two continued to travel, explore new flavors and add more variety to their menu, which prompted them to evolve the brand from Shaka Bowl to Shaka Kitchen.
