The Jennifer Chalsty Planetarium is the biggest in the Western Hemisphere! Their films and shows are fit for any age! Your little one can enjoy a trip into space with the lovable characters of Sesame Street with One World, One Sky. Additionally, showtimes and films are constantly being updated! LSC has a food hall, the Cosmic Cafe, where you can get snacks, hot and cold beverages, sandwiches, pizza, chicken and more. Cosmic Cafe closes half an hour before the building closes. There’s “LSC After Dark” every Thursday 6 PM to 10 PM for guests 18 and up.

Strap on your roller skates and groove to some awesome music! Florham Park Roller Rink is a great place to free skate or host a Florham Park Roller Rink. Not too confident on skates? No worries, the rink offers private lessons and group lessons. They also have classes for figure skating. The rink has 2-hour long public sessions. Hence it is better to start at the beginning of each 2-hour session since they clear the building between the sessions. They are closed for the month of August every year for building maintenance and will reopen in September.

Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum

The Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum is a non-profit educational institution. Through exhibitions, educational programming, and the foremost collection of technologically groundbreaking aircraft and vessels, visitors of all ages and abilities are taken on an interactive journey through history to learn about American innovation and bravery. Welcoming over one million visitors a year, the Museum includes the Space Shuttle Pavilion, home to Enterprise, the world’s first space shuttle that paved the way for America’s successful Space Shuttle Program.
One of the stellar attractions is the nuclear weapons-carrying submarine. It has a separate entrance and line for this. You can see all the controls and even the living quarters of the personnel. Another fantastic experience is the opportunity to board and explore the “Concorde” plane – the ultra-sonic passenger aircraft from British Airways that flew across the Atlantic in record-breaking only 2 hours, 52 minutes, and 59 seconds. The Concorde tour needs separate tickets which need to be purchased during entry.
Candytopia

If your kiddos ever dreamed of entering a real-life Candy Land or visiting Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory, then we have exciting news.
